Packages will require individuals to commit to specified weekly 1-on-1 in person appointments for the package they decide on. Based on your fitness and health goal the appropriate package should be considered for the achievement of your goal. Minimum 1 sessions per week maximum 3 sessions. Walk ins for form check or program advice will require a waiver signing. Proper gym wear and indoor shoes required.
